Assembly Team Lead

Join us as an Assembly Team Lead in our Roselle, IL facility.

You will be a working lead in a cell that does assembly or Reverse Osmosis units.

You will:

• Be a working lead in a cell that produces 115 units a day
• The units require light assembly work that will involve pneumatic press for some of the step
• You will be doing water testing the units and doing quality testing on them
• You will be boxing up the units according to customer requests
• You will be updated the MDI board daily with metrics from your cell
• You must be able to lead and guide and train your team to put out quality product in an efficient manner
• Past lead experience or past assembly in a job for 5+ years at one company
• Being Bi-lingual is a plus for this position

Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!):

1st shift: 6am to 2pm, Monday through Friday

Physical Requirements:

Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs.

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is: $23/hr. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
