As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be a key player in keeping our high-speed production and packaging equipment running smoothly. You'll work with a team of skilled professionals in an environment where safety, quality, and operational excellence are the top priorities.

What You'll Do

* Maintain Equipment Excellence: Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on high-speed production and packaging systems.

* Troubleshoot Like a Pro: Diagnose and repair issues with mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, including robotic and PLC-controlled equipment.

* Collaborate for Success: Partner with production teams during equipment setup, changeovers, and adjustments to minimize downtime.

* Embrace Continuous Improvement: Participate in Kaizen events, support root cause failure analyses (RCFA), and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

* 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food production preferred)

* Proficiency in English both in written and oral communication

* Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, including robotic and PLC - controlled equipment.

* Proficient with gears, pumps, motors, VFDs, and safety systems

* Knowledge of PLC diagnostic and basic ladder logic programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley)

* Understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and reliability-centered maintenance.

* Strong attention to detail, ability to perform root cause analyses, and commitment to driving efficiency and reliability.

* Familiarity with CMMS (EAM) software to schedule, track, and complete work orders.

* High school diploma or GED required, technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred.

Bonus Points If You:

* Are bilingual in English and Spanish.

Schedule Openings:

* 1st Shift Monday to Friday: 6am to 3pm

* 2nd Shift Monday to Friday: 2pm to 11pm

* 3rd Shift Sunday to Thursday: 10pm to 7am

* Occasional Weekend work

* Three positions per shift, with a total of nine roles required
