This position qualifies for an annual bonus of up to 20%. Job Summary: The Vice President of Marketing and Entertainment is responsible for driving organizational growth for the Company's casino gaming, racing and event and entertainment businesses that draws more than 1M guests annually. This leadership role involves direct oversight of marketing programs, database and loyalty initiatives, sponsorships, live racing promotions, entertainment and events, guest services and box office functions, and creative services. The position emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and execution of strategic plans in alignment with Canterbury Park's core values to enhance brand value and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
