Operations Coordinator

The College of Veterinary Medicine is hiring a full time Operations Coordinator. This position will manage the CVM Wildcat Corner Retail Store, manage the visitor's desk and reception area of the CVM, maintain and update various policy and procedure documents and applications related to overall college operations.

This position is on-site.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field.
• Three years relevant experience in managing a retail operation with a comprehensive understanding of retail operations, merchandising and customer service best practices.
• This position may use an educational equivalency as determined relevant by the hiring manager.

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to identify operational challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
• Customer-centric approach and a strong sales ability to achieve business objectives.
• Basic financial knowledge to manage budgets and analyze store performance metrics.
• Team-oriented work philosophy.
• Working knowledge of MS Office products.
