Job SummaryThe Product Manager I defines and communicates the vision, strategy, and goals for the product or capability to the product team and other stakeholders across the company. This individual leads the ideation, definition, prioritization, and delivery of high value features across market segments. The Product Manager I gathers and analyzes market and customer data to inform product priorities. He or she collaborates with Commercialization and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective release and launches. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining a product roadmap and ensuring high quality and timeliness of feature delivery. This person leverages user research to gather feedback on their product and its features. The Product Manager I track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure their product meets its goals. This role serves as a sought-out product and solution subject matter expert(SME) for both internal and external stakeholders. #LI-Remote Responsibilities

At Surescripts, base pay is one part of our Total Rewards Package (which may also include bonus, benefits etc.) and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this position is $134,600 - $164,600 per year. Your base pay may vary within or outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including (but not limited to) your qualifications, skills, experience, and location.Benefits include, but are not limited to, comprehensive healthcare (including infertility coverage), generous paid time off including paid childbirth and parental leave and mental health days, pet insurance, and 401(k) with company match and immediate vesting.
