Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Adult Rehabilitation Center Command finance office. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission while utilizing your financial expertise. After a 90-day introductory period, enjoy flexible work arrangements including either one remote workday per week or a 4-day work week option.

• Assist in general ledger analysis, receipt and payable review
• Prepare and analyze monthly ARC Dashboards, financial summaries, and analytics
• Support annual budget preparation and monthly budget reviews
• Create monthly and annual financial reports
• Conduct insurance premium analysis and THQ reserve balance analysis
• Provide assistance to Center bookkeepers with annual budgets, assessments, and dashboard analysis
• Maintain financial control and security measures
• Conduct online training sessions and quarterly conference calls for bookkeepers
• Perform research analysis for ARCs and various departments
• Monitor and analyze monthly store sales performance
• Support The Salvation Army's mission and values

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA Preferred) OR five years of equivalent work experience in a business field
• Proficiency in Acumatica and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with bank reconciliations, budget preparation, and data analysis
• Knowledge of ADP Vantage is advantageous

Pay Range: $60,000-$72,000/year
