About The Role
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Construction Loan Processor. In this role, you will be responsible for the review, input, management, and monitoring of all construction loans. You will ensure that all loans are processed in compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. Your tasks will include the imaging of all documents, maintaining accurate loan records, and utilizing Built Construction Loan Management software. Additionally, this position will serve as back-up support for Loan Documentation Processing, ensuring smooth operations in all loan-related activities. About You Qualifications Experience Two to four years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions. Education A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Knowledge: Knowledge of Construction Loan Management to include budgets, draws, funding, inspections, lien waivers, endorsements, and supporting document requirements. Understanding of loan products and services. Knowledge of loan documentation functions, lien perfection, and related requirements/procedures. Willingness to develop expert knowledge of Built Construction Management software. Willingness to develop expert knowledge of LaserPro loan documentation software. Skills and Abilities: High attention to detail as well as excellent organization skills to perform in a fast-paced work environment Ability to prioritize and organize heavy workloads. Demonstrate effective time management skills. Ability to be assertive, confident, and concise in relaying construction policies and procedures. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, customers, and the public. Excellent customer service skills. Working knowledge of standard office equipment including computer with strong typing abilities, multifunction printer, and multi-line phone system. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation. Specific lifting abilities required by this job include: Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation/inspection of machines and/or using measurement devices at distances close to the eyes.
