Position Summary We are currently seeking two new Store Trade Account Representative "STAR" to join our Commercial and Trade Sales team. These positions will be based out of Fremont and Scottsdale locations and work inside the store when not in the field. The pay is salary/exempt and will be based on the location where you reside. The STAR is a dynamic role focused on supporting commercial sales efforts within an assigned territory. This position involves fostering strong relationships with trade professionals and driving engagement with the company's offerings. As a key point of contact for trade clients, the STAR provides exceptional service, tailored solutions, and expert advice on product selection. Position Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Develop strategic plans to encourage commercial business growth within the store and local market, guided by or in partnership with the Commercial Business Manager (CBM).

  • Partner with the store's General Manager to exceed commercial revenue and profit targets while maintaining high guest satisfaction levels as measured by guest surveys.

  • Conduct and oversee quote requests, design requests, sales orders, payment execution, delivery communication, scheduling, follow-up, and issue resolution for Commercial and Trade guests at the store level.

  • Build a book of business with local commercial clients through lead generation, in-store networking events, and trade events.

  • Create new partnerships, leverage existing ones, and drive improvements to increase partner satisfaction and client retention at the local level.

  • Perform and manage all commercial sales aspects within the designated store and market.

  • Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities, and execute business development initiatives locally in partnership with the CBM.

  • Collaborate with all Commercial Operations Support leaders.

  • Partner with Guest Services, the Distribution Center, and other Retail locations.

  • Work weekends and most holidays as needed to serve Commercial Clients.

  • Travel up to 50% of the time, as needed.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Five (5) years of retail or other B2B sales and/or business development/account management experience in a direct customer interactive environment required. B2B and Big Box experience is required. Three (3) years of supervisory experience is required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Marketing and/or prospecting experience preferred.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience in Microsoft Office programs, as well as basic knowledge of excel. Exceptional verbal and written communication.

Certificates and Licenses: None required

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position will not have any direct supervisory responsibilities but will indirectly influence their market's commercial store ambassadors.

Position Hiring Range

The hiring pay range provides a guide for what we would reasonably pay for the position. Pay will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Pay is determined by various factors including market demand, applicable skills, work experience and education, location, company budget, and in-demand skill sets.

Compensation: $56,400.00 - $92,825.00

Retail, Guest Services, and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
