Danfoss, a global, performance-driven organization with a strong purpose focused on advancing the green agenda is hiring a Senior HR Generalist to join Danfoss Climate Solutions. The Proactive, out-of-the-box thinker who excels at challenging the status quo, driving organizational change, and leading transformations will be a part of a regional HR team creating an engaged and productive workforce through Danfoss's policies, programs and best practices. In this role you will partner with leaders/people managers to orchestrate HR initiatives across site and regional teams to offer a smooth and top-of-class HR experience as the single point of contact on people topics and securing the execution of the HR strategy in collaboration with the HR leadership and HR business partners.
