Responsible for the development and print coordination of collateral materials used in the advertising and marketing of the company's products.

  • Help develop and manage brand standards and messaging
  • Help ensure brand consistency throughout all marketing projects
  • Design and produce original multi-platform communications including print, digital, video, web and social media
  • Review/mentor junior designers' work to ensure consistent, high quality
  • Help ensure projects/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets
  • Help ensure deadlines are met
  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments, tools and programs
  • Meet with clients and design team to determine the scope of a project
  • Collaborate with design team on project concepts
  • Design layouts, including selection of colors, images and typefaces (adhering to company brand standards)
  • Use digital illustration, photo editing software and layout software to create designs
  • Present designs to design team, stakeholders and applicable teams
  • Oversee changes recommended by clients or design team into final designs
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, design or related field (preferred) or five years of experience in related field
  • Five years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
  • Graphic design and layout skills demonstrated by strong Portfolio
  • Proficient with software tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects)
  • Exceptional creativity and innovation, with a strong eye for visual composition
  • Experience with both print and electronic media
  • Good communication and social skills
  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism
  • Attention to detail
  • Time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines
  • Photography skills added bonus
