Do you have 2-5 years of customer service/call center experience and seeking to grow in your professional development? Pro Staff has partnered with a company that provides consulting, notice, and administration services to clients including law firms, companies across all industries, and governmental agencies at all levels. We are hiring a motivated individual to join our diverse team as a Call Center Supervisor in Minneapolis, MN.

Schedule | 8:30am - 5:00pm or 9:30am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday (overtime as needed)

Pay | $22 - $25/hr.

Daily tasks:



  • Oversee the daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring efficient workflow and call handling.
  • Monitor calls for policy adherence, provide coaching, and handle escalations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate team objectives, foster a positive work environment, and drive performance.
  • Train, develop, and assess team members, making recommendations for hiring and advancement.
  • Prepare productivity reports, analyze data, and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain safety, security, and compliance while addressing system issues and resolving workplace concerns to promote a cohesive team dynamic.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC applications.
  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions and work long hours at a computer.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups of people.
