Job # PR25009 Job TitleCompensation and Benefits Analyst Office Location Houston, TX Business Function/Department Human Resources Sales Territory, if applicable N/A General Role Description Develop and manage the Company's global compensation and benefits programs Role Accountabilities - Manage, measure, and recommend methods to continuously improve programs, processes, and policies for global compensation and benefits to support the organization's strategic goals, objectives, and values and promote competitive advantage - Monitor, research, analyze, and evaluate market and industry trends, legislative and cultural environments, and recommend enhancements and additions to the Company's compensation and benefit programs - Develop, manage, and update job architecture and compensation structures via market-based sources, ensuring market and internal equity and compensation philosophy integrity - Manage the Company's compensation adjustment system - Manage the Company's employee benefit programs, in collaboration with other HR team members and vendors - Counsel and coach by providing compensation advice and recommendations to managers to ensure compensation is aligned with the organization's established compensation philosophy - Educate users to effectively use the Company's compensation and benefits systems, processes, and practices in compliance with the Company's philosophy, as needed - Provide input to HRIS system implementation projects, upgrades, and integrations - Provide sound advice, recommendations, and service on the human, organizational, and cultural implications of business decisions and issues, based on a thorough understanding of needs, current data, corporate philosophy, and human resource trends and best practices - Provide timely reports to management on compensation, benefits, and related employment data, including, but not limited to, research, compilation, analysis, evaluation, and recommendations - Perform HR-related payroll activities, as requested - Identify, recommend, develop, implement, and update methods to communicate the Company brand to all employees General Employee Accountabilities - Bring full effort to bear on tasks assigned by manager - Give manager best advice - Give earliest notice when work cannot be delivered as specified - Cooperate and collaborate with peers and interact cross-organizationally as specified by manager - Exemplify Company Core Values: Integrity, Client Focus, Team Orientation, and Personal Commitment - Comply with all Company policies, practices, and procedures and all regulations and laws - Recommend viable improvements proactively - Ensure effective utilization of business tools and processes Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, human resources, or related field, or equivalent via education and/or work experience - 5 years' US compensation and benefit management in an HR or Finance department - Demonstrated use of keen business acumen to develop, implement, measure, and continuously improve effective programs and processes in compensation and benefits - Demonstrated knowledge of applicable legislation and regulatory guidelines, and their impact on HR and other business processes - Demonstrated skills in independent decision-making, influencing, negotiating, and analytical and creative problem-solving; sound business judgment; and the drive to achieve results - Demonstrated continuous improvement in areas of responsibility - Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contacts - Demonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced level MS Excel and Word skills - Proficiency in a compensation software or HRMS - Availability to travel, domestically, less than 10% Preferred Qualifications - Demonstrated knowledge and application of international compensation and benefit practices in Europe - Demonstrated knowledge and application of HR operational policies, procedures, and practices related to all HR functions - Demonstrated success in human resource functional accountability for global, high growth, engineering services organization or industry served by the Company - Demonstrated experience supporting diverse employee base spanning multiple geographic locations, domestically and internationally, in best-in-class environment - Experience with Requisite Organization principles - CCP, CBP, CEBS, or CCBM Link to TMEIC Corporation Americas website: https://www.tmeic.com/.
