POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Capture manager - Data Center LV/TFO Systems to lead technical design, sales support, and project execution for mission-critical infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in power systems, LV Fiber Optic Cabling, LV Copper Cabling and TFO LV Infrastructure solutions, with a strong ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. This role requires a mix of technical proficiency, project management expertise, and client-facing engagement to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide expert-level technical guidance for the design and implementation of mission-critical electrical and LV systems, including LV Infrastructure and Containment infrastructure.
  • Work closely with internal sales and engineering teams to develop tailored solutions for prospective and existing clients.
  • Lead the early-stage qualification, specification, and logistics planning for data center projects.
  • Support estimating efforts by reviewing project specifications and coordinating with procurement teams.
  • Develop comprehensive system configurations and integration plans to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, communicating complex technical concepts to various levels, from operations to executive leadership.
  • Oversee work-in-progress, including documentation, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, product ordering, shipment tracking, and project closeout.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-departmental collaboration to enhance service offerings and business growth.



QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • RCDD License (preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in mission-critical infrastructure, LV design, Containment and LV Infrastructure systems.
  • Extensive expertise in LV Fiber Optic system design, specification, and deployment.
  • Strong understanding of data center facility operations and electrical distribution.
  • Advanced technical writing skills for documentation, proposals, and project specifications.
  • Proven ability to lead projects from concept through execution, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Comfortable communicating at all organizational levels, from field operations to C-suite executives.



Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with LV Fiber Optic Cabling and other leading power system providers.
  • Prior experience managing large enterprise accounts within the data center industry.
  • Familiarity with commissioning procedures for mission-critical facilities.
  • Strong project management and business development skills.

Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.

Pay Range: $126,989 - $190,537 per year
