Lead Angular Developer - On site in Greenwood , CO.

Cognizant is looking for an experienced Lead Angular Developer with 12 to 16years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Angular RxJS Ngrx TypeScript and Graphql. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of modern web development practices and the ability to design scalable and efficient solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex web applications using Angular RxJS Ngrx TypeScript and Graphql.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop and maintain reusable components and libraries to streamline development processes.
• Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications by conducting thorough testing and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our development practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues providing timely and effective solutions.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user guides.
• Work closely with product managers and designers to create user-centric solutions that meet business objectives.
• Implement and enforce security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and proposing improvements to existing systems.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience with Angular RxJS Ngrx TypeScript and Graphql.
• Should have a deep understanding of modern web development practices and design patterns.
• Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Should have experience with version control systems like Git.
• Must have strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Should be able to mentor and guide junior developers.
• Must be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Should have experience with agile development methodologies.
• Must be proactive in staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Should have a strong understanding of software security best practices.
• Must be able to develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Should have experience with performance optimization and testing.
• Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Certified Angular Developer Certified TypeScript Developer

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
