Your Role
The 2025 BMC Customer Success Internship offers an opportunity for rising undergraduate juniors and seniors to join the Customer Success team and work with leaders and team members of the Customer Success Management group. The position will run for 8 weeks, the first 4 of which will be at our Houston headquarters. Participants will have an opportunity to shadow team members from our specialist customer-facing teams as well as our Customer Success Operations team. Working with these teams, participants will learn several facets of how we deliver our best-in-class customer experience, including:
