Pay: $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr

1st Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM | Monday - Friday | Overtime opportunities

Requirements: To thrive in this role, you should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in construction, concrete work, framing, masonry, and/or welding, possess the ability to lift 50+ lbs., and perform physically demanding tasks. Familiarity with the hand and power tools necessary for foundation work and knowledge of drainage systems, grading, and excavation techniques is considered a valuable asset.

Job Duties: As a Construction Foreman, you will perform foundation repairs, waterproofing, and structural reinforcement while operating hand and power tools, including jackhammers, drills, concrete saws, and hydraulic equipment. Your expertise in stick welding will help ensure strong and durable welds that meet safety and quality standards. Daily duties will also involve installing foundation support systems such as piers, beams, anchors, and drainage solutions and reading and interpreting blueprints, work orders, and specifications. Additionally, you'll ensure proper grading and excavation to prevent water damage and foundation issues.
