Work type: On Campus Location: Normal, Illinois Title: Human Resources Student Worker Job Summary In this role, you'll handle a mix of administrative and customer service tasks, working independently and as part of a collaborative team. Your responsibilities will include conducting audit research, system data entry, organizing and maintaining files and forms, and assisting with special projects that make a real impact. Plus, you'll occasionally be the welcoming face of our HR department, greeting visitors and managing phone inquiries at the front desk. Pay Rate $15.50/hour Required Qualifications Available during office hours (8:00am to 4:30pm) and able to maintain a regular schedule Preferred Qualifications Keen attention to detail Work Hours This role is expected to work 8-12 hours per week during the academic year, with the office open from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Scheduling is flexible, though availability near lunchtime is preferred.
