We are seeking an experienced Reconciliation Director with a strategic lens and strong control mindset in a fast-paced broker-dealer, leading both bank and position reconciliations. He/she is responsible for ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately reconciled in company records. He/she works closely with Operations and Finance leadership to resolve escalated discrepancies, investigate issues, and provide insights for decision-making. This job requires strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of financial regulations and reconciliation processes. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $125,000 and $273,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
