JOB SUMMARY |
The Project Manager will be responsible to plan, develop, organize, and supervise the design and construction efforts for assigned projects. This will involve coordinating all design efforts as well as overall management of field construction activities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS |
- A working knowledge of construction management at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience; and
- Six years' experience in construction management, estimating and/or craft supervision experience in similar facility construction.

- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods); craft agreements, negotiations; engineering, estimating, scheduling, and safety required.
- Experience with Leadership, Developing Budgets, Coaching, Supervision, Staffing, Project Management, Management Proficiency, and Process Improvement.
- Experience with Tracking Budget Expenses, Self- and Team Development, Strategic Planning, Forecasting, Performance Management, and Job Costing or Inventory Control.
- Verbal Communication and Presentation skills to diverse and varied stakeholders.
- Ability to translate project requirements into an innovative execution strategy while effectively matching project assignments to resources.
- Multi-tasking professional: must work well under pressure with proven expertise in managing multiple fast-track projects concurrently.
- Strong budget forecasting, job cost and financial management skills, expertise in project financial and resource management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to report internal and external deliverables.
- Must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.
- Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, and their impact on project activities
- Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and complete projects on schedule.
- Ability to achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
|
- Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects.
- Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel. In conjunction with Architect/Engineer, ensure all design activities are completed accurately and on time in accordance with master schedule.
- Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards for project in conjunction with Project Manager and/or Superintendent monitor/control construction to ensure project is designed and built on schedule and within budget.
- Confer with project staff to outline work plan, assign duties, responsibilities, scope of authority, provide technical advice, and resolve problems.
- Serve as the prime client contact coordinating the resolution of problems, reviewing progress, recommending alternatives, and advising on project objectives as dictated by corporate management.
- Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
- Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company's interest and maintain good relationship with client.
- Ensure all projects and contractual commitments are met, performed professionally and company processes and procedures are followed.
- Adhere to all OSHA and other safety guidelines and regulations during construction.
- Anticipate customer needs and exceed customer expectations while maximizing profitability through effective project leadership.
- This position is required to drive.
- Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS |
- Salary range: $120,000 - $145,000 annually.
