POSITION SUMMARY:

This patient access analyst is responsible for monitoring key patient access performance measures. This position provides individual feedback when opportunities are identified, documents best practice and supports course correction strategies and troubleshoots inefficiencies inclusive of policies and procedure creation and training in order to hardwire best practices.

Shift: Full Time/40 Hours Per Week

Hours: 8am-5pm

Location: St Petersburg, FL

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:




  • Monitors and reports on key patient access performance indicators for leadership. Some examples include: schedule utilization, registration completeness and accuracy, patient responsibility collections, new patient chart preparation, follow up appointment making
  • Partners with Educator and Managers to assure onboarding and training supports successful KPI measures and strategic goals
  • Regularly walks in the shoes of Patient Service Representatives to assure understanding of patient and clinic work flow in order to suggest modifications to support optimization of processes and outcomes
  • Assists in project management of new workflows and new front-end technology



QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's Degree, preferred

2. EPIC EMR experience preferred

3. 2 year's experience in creating reports. Uses data to prioritize work, suggest and support process changes.

Salary Range: Minimum 20.31 per hour - Maximum 32.50 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
