Overview
The US Oncology Network is looking for a Revenue Cycle Trainer for Surgical Services to join our team at Texas Oncology. This hybrid remote position will support our Central Business Office location at 3001 East President George Bush Highway. This is a hybrid remote position, employee will be required to occasionally work in office, primary work location will be from home. Occasional travel will be required. Typical work hours are: 8 hours daily, 8:30am up to 5:30pm for 1st 90 days. Then able to work with manager for earlier start time. What does the position do? Under direct supervision, responsible for supporting the development and continuous improvement of a comprehensive training strategy that ensures alignment of training and development across surgical service lines. This position will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating Revenue Cycle training programs and content and providing training and support to employees in the field to help them achieve individual and unit performance standards.
