Position Highlights:
What you will do: Under general supervision and in conjunction with a Physical Therapist, assists in carrying out individualized programs of physical therapy.Demonstrates an appropriate level of clinical skill, as evidenced by correctly following individualized and effective treatment plans, to achieve precise, functional goals. Develops treatment goals consistent with the physical therapist's treatment plan.Provides direct physical therapy services to patients. Educates patients and engages them in their own care.Stays updated regarding developments, new techniques, and equipment in the field of physical therapy.Maintains a well-rounded knowledge base, and clinical reasoning skills to consistently achieve expected clinical outcomes.
