JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Head of Asset Partnerships & Planning, Data Acquisition who is influential, emotionally intelligent, and innovative to join us in our Global Integrated Insights and Analytics team, based in our United States headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 40% on site presence and 5-10% international/ domestic travel. About the role You will develop a clear vision, strategic plan, and operating model to develop data strategies supporting all therapeutic areas in various stages of their life cycle, from development to commercialization, as well as the overall portfolio. You will lead a team of one to six therapeutic area data strategy specialists to define and execute data strategy that generates data-driven actionable insights, creating significant patient and enterprise value. Who you'll work with You will build a team of direct and indirect reports and work with other Data Acquisition team members, Integrated Insights Hub Leads, IT, the Data Office, Real-World Evidence (RWE), advanced analytics, translational medicine, medical leads, asset leads, regional and functional commercial leaders. What you'll do Your contribution will greatly advance the insight and evidence generation, strategic planning and patient value creation for our assets. You will:

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $184,000 - $241,500 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
