If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a talented Project Integration Engineer to join our Bottling Performance Engineering team. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to manage and execute a variety of projects, from building or starting up new assets and products to improving throughput, quality, safety, operational costs, and risk management. You will be involved in all phases of project planning and execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the defined success criteria. Your responsibilities will include creating project proposals, preparing implementation performance ramp plans and schedules, coordinating activities, and evaluating results. You will lead multiple small projects or sub-systems of larger, more complex initiatives, leveraging both internal and external resources. We are looking for a proactive and innovative individual who understands the interaction of scope, schedule, and budget and can align with leadership on the best course of action. You should be able to draft scopes of work, develop project budgets, and read and understand contracts. Additionally, you will need to drive project schedules, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders. As a Project Integration Engineer, you will function as the integration lead for mechanical, electrical and operational project components. You will be a liaison between customers, other departments, and organizations, ensuring that project success criteria are met. You will also prepare and deliver presentations, participate in planning sessions, review vendor proposals, and contribute to the development of new standards and procedures. Supervisory responsibilities include overseeing interns, vendors, and contractors, and acting as a lead engineer for up to two full-time employees.
