Position Overview

We are excited to have implemented the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud Case Management tool (NCCM) and are seeking a Salesforce consultant to support our continued configuration and extension of those capabilities, working closely with our IT Applications team. We need a team player and problem-solver who can jump into our complex environment with the energy, focus, and capacity that will help us achieve our goals. You will know and understand how to work within Salesforce to prototype, test, and implement solutions in our targeted areas.

Shift & Compensation



  • Part-time, anticipating about 25 hours per week
  • Support needed at least through June 2025
  • $50/hr+, based on skills and proven ability to deliver the needed work



Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Apply Salesforce design and configuration skills to develop and deploy desired functionality, including designing and troubleshooting automations and flows, working with approval processes, and creating reports/dashboards.
  • Map user stories and functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality
  • Provide thorough testing, effective documentation, and support for bi-weekly deployments as needed
  • Participate in stand-ups and other meetings, including with end-users at times, to assess requirements, communicate progress, and provide knowledge transfer throughout the project.
  • Other tasks as assigned.


Requirements



  • 3-5 years of direct full life cycle Salesforce implementation, upgrade, and support experience, whether in-house or as a consultant

    • Demonstrated focus and background in Salesforce, including relevant certifications, such as Admin, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, or Hyperautomation Specialist.
    • Past project experience deploying functionality using Salesforce Scheduler, Einstein Activity Capture, and Experience Cloud essential.
    • Past project experience working with Salesforce's Nonprofit Cloud Case Management (NCCM) module highly desired.
    • Knowledge of Mulesoft and familiarity with Formstack Forms and Documents would be a plus.


  • Proven technical solution development, including requirements gathering and aligning those to functional needs.
  • Comfortable with DevOps, GitHub+ and agile project management (Jira).
  • Great work ethic with a customer service focus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
