Sourcer | Candidate Finder (Internal Role)

We are currently seeking a Remote Sourcer (aka "Candidate Finder") to support the FieldLink recruiting teams in identifying qualified candidates for their clients. This is a fabulous entry level role with an exiting career path into recruiting or sales. Position Overview

This role is more than just sourcing-it's about building relationships, driving strategy, and making a lasting impact on our talent pipeline. Duties include:


  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct Boolean searches across multiple resume databases.
  • Manage job postings and screen applicants for initial qualification.
  • Leverage resume database tools and invite-to-apply strategies.
  • Partner with Recruiting teams to optimize posting strategies.
  • Build and nurture referral networks.
  • Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Collaborate with schools and industry associations to create talent pipelines.
  • Organize and categorize active field employees by geography and skill set to maximize utilization.


Recruiting Tool Utilization

  • Assist Recruiting team with setting up templates and communication strategy for tools
  • Document and keep up with talent pools developed within recruiting tools
  • Import and track candidates from external sources in the ATS


Candidate Coordination & Engagement

  • Schedule interviews and facilitate candidate communication.
  • Coordinate outreach campaigns for high-volume recruiting initiatives.


Industry Knowledge & Business Growth

  • Stay informed on Low Voltage/Telecom industry trends, projects, and innovations.
  • Contribute to company growth through ideas and process improvements.
  • Continuously develop expertise through ongoing training and industry research.
  • Uphold and embody the company's core values in all interactions.


Background We Are Seeking

  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset - Ability to think critically and propose solutions.
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills - Attention to detail is key.
  • Tech-savviness - Intermediate Excel skills and ability to navigate recruiting tools.
  • Self-motivated & team-oriented - Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Industry experience is a plus - Telecom/Low Voltage knowledge is helpful but not required.
