Overview
This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. We are looking for candidates who live within a commutable drivable distance to our Raleigh, NC office. The schedule for this role is typically Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm EST (subject to change based upon business needs). This position supports the management and review of legal documents affecting the Bank. Analyzes documentation related to legal matters such as search and seizure warrants, garnishments, court orders, court summons, and other requests. Ensures that each document is served correctly and in compliance with all applicable laws. Takes account action in accordance with legal requests. Facilitates effective communication, documentation, and compliance with legal requests in order to mitigate risk for the Bank. Responsibilities
