The Supervisor, Community Health will oversee the Community Health Worker (CHW) onboarding, training, and scheduling of outreach activities. The Supervisor will work to establish community partners to promote health education and disease-specific care. They will work closely with JHCP and SOM practice administration and other system stakeholders to ensure that outreach and engagement for clinical programming is followed. The Supervisor will identify and work with community collaborators to host educational events for trust building in the community and further health promotion and wraparound resource availability and delivery. The position will also be in charge of updating and or creating training materials for CHW's and JHM interdisciplinary team members.

Work Location: Baltimore, MD - primarily remote

Full time 8 hours/days with occasional weekend attendance at events.

Minimum Education & Experience:

Requires Associates degree in a healthcare or business related field or equivalent work experience; Bachelor degree preferred. Requires a minimum of three years' experience working in health care or community outreach. Prior experience in personnel supervision preferred.

Salary Range: Minimum 20.90 per hour - Maximum 36.58 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
