Job Summary and Responsibilities

Acentra Health is looking for a Health Intelligence, Manager to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

The purpose of this position is to manage a team of Health Intelligence Analysts and Programmers and to oversee the process of transforming data into information that contributes to the effective operation of the department.

**Position is remote**

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for all reporting functions including the timely completion of internal/external customer reports and deliverables.
  • Oversee the organization of projects and the delivery of presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design, develop, and test the specific programs and tracking systems needed to conduct analysis activities.
  • Present findings and training materials to external customers.
  • Conceptualize crosscutting methods for achieving efficient analysis and best practices.
  • Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in analytics, information systems, computer science, or related field.
  • Requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Skilled in relational database concepts and usage, and SQL tools including SSRS, SSAS and SSMS.
  • Knowledgeable of business intelligence and data warehouse methodologies.
  • Must have demonstrated managerial experience with direct reports (Programmers & Analyst), including responsibility for conducting performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, and managing employee development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of database management systems (DBMS).
