Job Title: Real Estate Specialist Location(s): Irving, TX Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years Responsibilities: Will be responsible for driving project completion and site acquisition. Tracking vendor performance, ensuring project trackers are updated, conforming to all leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance policies. Will be required to work in multiple systems. Manage project budgets. Participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties and project team. Insure that all parties are aware of project status. Conduct deployment calls Specialist will manage real estate efforts in support of Telecommunication's Macro New Build program for the Central Texas Submarket. This involves vendor oversight of site acquisition and A&E partners to successfully in performing due diligence, negotiating leases or amendments, managing work flow forecasts, obtaining governmental approvals and permits and PO management. Specialist is expected to work as a self-starter to drive their projects and effectively prioritize multiple competing projects in a fast paced environment. Must be able to collaborate with other internal teams to achieve successful outcomes. Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and a fast learner. Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
