Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Admin to work in the Accounts Payable department for a long-term temporary role in Lake Jackson. This onsite role involves handling administrative duties in accounts payable with precision and professionalism, supporting organizational goals, and delivering exceptional service. Essential Functions:



  • Return phone calls to vendors and assist with obtaining an aging statement or invoices if needed.
  • Handles incoming and outgoing mail regarding the AP Department including creating mailing labels.
  • Locates and extracts information from files and records as requested.
  • May perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division manually or using a calculator.
  • Proficient in Sharepoint.


Position Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative/office related experience.
  • SAP experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and proven customer focus skills strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, required.
