Senior Reporting Analyst (Virtual, US)

POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting Client facing reporting initiatives and projects, this role requires a deep understanding of the SIRVA business operational & financial processes. This role will work directly with Clients and Account Managers to consistently improve and enhance clients' reporting experience through automation. The Senior Reporting Analyst must be able to listen and gauge what key metrics are needed in order to satisfy customer requirements. The Senior Reporting Analyst will become a critical member of the client implementation team, and focus on providing an analytics solution that can be easily handed off to the support team and that is scalable.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Interact with key stakeholders at all levels of our client's organizations in a professional manner. Represent the strategies of our SIRVA Data and Analytics team competently.
* Manage a portfolio of clients & their reporting requirements
* Partner with Account Management & Sales to support new client & existing request for proposals (RFP).
* Facilitate the onboarding and Client implementation process
* Present technology/reporting demo's to clients in person or via online meetings, travel may be required at times

* Partner with reporting team and other impacted business units to continually improve current reporting, including both the processes involved and reporting design
* Constantly evaluate systems, processes and procedures for inefficiencies and make recommendations for improvement
* Create and develop new Reports in order to analyze and gain actionable insight into the clients' program
* Assist team to produce accurate and timely reports
* Responsible for updating and maintaining master data management for clients who require customized reporting
* Write-up & Document Requirements for Client related projects
* Partner with project teams to complete User Acceptance Testing
* Assists with training of new analysts on report creation, report locations, and tactical elements of the role

QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS

* Minimum 5 years of data analysis experience
* Ability to work successfully in a team environment
* Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Advance Excel knowledge
* Advance user Power BI or Similar technology
* Ability to create user-friendly visualizations
* Knowledge of using SQL language for querying data
* Experience working in Customer focused roles

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's Degree within a business discipline
