As a Lead Cook, you will embrace the opportunity to contribute to an exceptional culinary experience by leading a dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. Your primary focus will be on training and supervising kitchen staff, while ensuring that all food items are prepared and presented according to hotel standards. You will also adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations, manage kitchen equipment, and play a key role in delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
