Summary
Supports Brigham and Women's Hospital Allied Health Talent Acquisition team by executing sourcing strategies to build a qualified and diverse candidate pool for Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital. Proactively search for candidates using innovative methods including research, social networking, targeted direct calls or outreach, networking at events and identifying alternative channels to source top diverse talent. Does this position require Patient Care? No Essential Functions -Attract and source passive and active talent using creative and resourceful strategies -Post jobs on all available talent and social media platforms. -Participate in job fairs, information sessions and special recruitment events. -Create candidate pools by utilizing resume databases, networks, social media, internal databases, employee referrals, warm and cold calling. -Support the development and execution of diversity related projects, including employee resource groups, referral and other hiring programs. -Support recruiting effectiveness through reporting and data analytics.
