CRT NICU

Join our traveler-friendly unit where we prioritize a supportive and collaborative work environment. We are seeking skilled professionals with a strong background in pediatric and neonatal intensive care. Below are the key requirements and responsibilities for this role:

• All RTO or schedule accommodations must be submitted at the time of application.
• Every other weekend work is required (Friday/Saturday).
• Minimum of 1.5 years of acute care experience.
• PICU/NICU experience is mandatory.
• NJ License and BLS certification are required.
• Advanced certifications (ACLS/PALS/NRP) are highly preferred, with opportunities for onsite certification.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.

• Primarily work with PICU/NICU patients.
• May float to Adult ED or Adult critical care based on skill set and hospital needs.
• Perform procedures such as blood gas analysis, vent/BiPAP/high flow initiation and management, code response, in-house transport, medication administration, and chest PT.

• Experience with equipment such as Servo I & U, V60 BiPAP is required.
• Familiarity with the EPIC charting system is necessary.
