Quality Assurance Analyst, Travel Automation Remote

Full-time,Remote United States and Canada

In this role, you will review requests for front/midoffice application programming. You will evaluate requirements and programming to confirm that the business requirements were met. You will also create and execute test plans for the Front and Mid office developed over GDS and DBs following BCD standard practices.

As aQuality Assurance Analyst, Travel Automation, you will



  • Maintain a good understanding of all GDS and BCD Travel technology products to ensure proper processes can be developed and implemented
  • Beresponsible for understanding current front/mid office applications functionality and reporting
  • Developand maintainwritten training materials for all front/mid-office technology
  • Implement creative uses of technology to help decrease transaction processing time and manual involvement
  • Plan and organize projects to ensure company objectives are met
  • Be responsible for debugging software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products



About you



  • Previousexperience in the travel industry should include front/mid office applications knowledge as part of an organized technology team (Key-CO/Internal support)
  • Expert knowledge of more than one front/mid-office application
  • Expert hands-on knowledge of all aspects of the travel reservation process
  • Extensive knowledge of GDS Sabre and GDSAmadeus
  • Understanding of BCD Travel front-mid-and back-office processes, including online systems and Central Ticketing.
  • Ability to use and communicate in English as the primary language

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Quality Assurance Analyst, Travel Automationis between $46,000 and $53,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
