Summer Intern - Revenue Collections

Patriot Rail is currently looking for Summer Interns for its Corporate office in Jacksonville, FL. for its Revenue Accounting Team!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assisting with researching and reaching out to external customers contacts and updating contact information so invoices and dunning statements can be sent timely and to correct customer contact.
2. Position will be a Hybrid opportunity with some days working at Patriot Corporate office and other days from home.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

* Effective oral and written communication skills

* Proficiency in MS Outlook and office products

* Degree or working toward a degree in Business, Finance or related degree program.

* Must possess flexibility with work assignments and be able to multi-task, have a great attitude and willing to learn.

* Must be detail-oriented, accurate, and organized.

* Must have valid driver's license.

* 18 years of age or older
