This Executive Assistant position performs critical administrative duties at an advanced complexity level for a Regional Executive and their corresponding departments. This Executive Assistant represents the executive and serves as the main point of contact, interfacing with stakeholders, associates, and third parties. Coordinates scheduling and resolves issues to maximize leadership time and efforts. Responsible for calendar scheduling, travel coordination, team communications, planning meetings/events, project management and other administrative duties that serve the effectiveness of the executive leadership team. This position can be located at any of our First Citizens Branch locations in Sacramento, Walnut Creek, CA or Vancouver, WA. Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of advanced administrative experience OR High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of advanced administrative experience. If hired in California, the base pay for this position is generally between $36.60/hour and $55.00/hour. If hired in Vancouver, WA the base pay for this position is generally between $33.57/hour and $51.00/hour. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
