Key Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of associates, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative atmosphere. Coordinate and adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines. Implement cost controls and manage expenditures effectively. Plan and build innovative and enticing menus that cater to diverse clientele. Purchase and manage inventory with precision and efficiency. Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with our marketing and culinary teams. Determine and successfully implement strategies to improve the dining experience. Preferred Qualifications Culinary degree preferred. Three to five years of proven culinary management experience. Essential high-volume production and catering experience.
