Production Technician - LS3 - Night Shift (K) 11.50 Hrs

We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As a PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN supporting LS3 MANUFACTURING TEAM, you will be trusted to work on participating in all aspects of production processes at JOHNS CREEK MANUFACTURING in JOHNS CREEK, GEORGIA.

• Select and load raw materials, operate manufacturing lines and secondary packaging equipment, perform lot changes and cleaning per schedules and coordinate machinery downtime.

• Troubleshoot equipment faults and enter product and raw materials data into MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and SAP databases.

• Operate production support equipment and lens inspection equipment as needed.

• Perform minor equipment repairs and adjustments, and conduct maintenance and 5s duties.

• Perform corrective actions as needed or required.

• Ensure the production, inspections and secondary packaging of DAILIES product is accomplished per SOP and quality standard, while meeting the production plan.

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English

• Work hours: 11.5 hour Shifts - 2 week cycle (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off); 6:30PM - 6:30AM (EST)
