This position involves set up of trim machine and operations of the machine.
- Set Up trim machine following an instructions sheet
- Technically and mechanically inclined
- Verify the process sheets and work instructions for set up and operations
- Able to use dial depth gage properly
- Work with manager on scheduled jobs on the equipment
- Able to distinguish between all trim defects and make the proper technically/mechanical adjustments to correct defects
- Albe to set up trim machine without assistance.
- Responsible to train new team members on process and equipment
- Work with zero quality defects in parts produced.
- Participate on a high performance team
- Troubleshoot and problem solve equipment issues
- Work with all levels of operations
- Have a good safety behavior cultural
- Must have good attendance
- Prior experience is preferred
- Knowledge of rubber products is preferred
- Prior experience with trim set up and operations preferred
- High School Diploma or GED or 3 years of work experience
- Good computer skills
- Albe to work with little or unsupervised
- Self Motivated individual

This position is on 1st shift 7am - 3pm. The position starts above $20.00
