About This Role iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced Assembly Operator in our Cypress CA location. Our production environment is fast-paced, with a collaborative atmosphere. Most of all, we are passionate about delivering innovations that improve the quality of health care and the patient experience. We are looking for like-minded individuals to join our team today! Specific job responsibilities include: Follow HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards Follow all Work Instructions, SOP's and safety requirements Comply withIRhythm'spolicy, procedures, and quality standards, and safety and environmental regulations Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to read, write and communicate in English High attention to detail Look for continuous improvements opportunities Ability to work towards a high quality standard Communicates any stoppages on the line to the lead Perform routine minor maintenance Familiar with or ability to learn proper Electrostatic Discharge Sensitive (ESD) handling processes & procedures Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace 0%-25% completed of level 1 of production training Matrix Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time during a full shift SoftSkills: Teamwork Dependability and reliability Accountability Experience: Minimum 0 -1 year related experience - in a medical device, manufacturing or ISO registered High School Diploma/ GED preferred but not required FLSA Status: Temporary, Nonexempt #LI-JR1 Actual compensation may vary depending on job-related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
