What You Will Do


  • Manage the Customer Service Department, which includes all window activities, all incoming phone calls; pick lists and other contact with Distribution services. Maintains current records of # of par lines filled, stock outs, k3's, equipment log that are essential to the on-going operations of Customer Service
  • A complete understanding of basic Customer Service operations to include scheduling, workflow and knowledge of the Material Information System is required. This position will only be successful in meeting customer requirements with a complete understanding of the supply chain to include Purchasing, Receiving, Warehousing and Distribution to the end user.
  • The position must have the ability to act quickly to resolve issues and be aware of the resources to bring about acceptable solutions for customers.
