What You Bring 2-5 years of experience in social media analytics, strategy, or community management. Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook algorithms, analytics tools, and best practices. Experience using Hootsuite, TikTok Analytics, and Meta's Facebook/Instagram Insights. Strong ability to interpret social media data and translate insights into strategy. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with creative and marketing teams. A passion for social media trends -you're always one step ahead of what's trending. Beauty industry experience is a plus!
