About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media Analytics & Social Trends Specialist
to join our client's Global Marketing Team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about data-driven social media strategy, monitoring trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook, and using insights to guide content creation. You'll work closely with creative teams
to keep our brand ahead of the curve and ensure we're engaging with our audiences in meaningful ways.

What You'll Do

Social Media Analytics & Reporting


  • Use tools like Hootsuite, TikTok Analytics, Facebook and Instagram Insights
    to track and analyze performance.
  • Monitor global social media metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.
  • Create quarterly performance reports
    with recommendations for optimization.


Trend Monitoring & Strategy

  • Research emerging social media trends, viral challenges, and platform updates across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations
    for content themes and platform-specific strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our content is always relevant, engaging, and on-brand.


Content & Community Management

  • Work with the creative team
    to develop on-trend content that resonates with our audience.
  • Oversee TikTok engagement, responding to comments and fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Use TikTok Analytics to track performance and optimize campaigns.


Collaboration & Communication

  • Keep internal teams updated on industry trends, competitive analysis, and platform changes.
  • Present insights and strategy updates to ensure alignment across global teams.
  • Work cross-functionally to support Mary Kay's global social media goals.


What You Bring
2-5 years of experience
in social media analytics, strategy, or community management.
Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
algorithms, analytics tools, and best practices.
Experience using Hootsuite, TikTok Analytics, and Meta's Facebook/Instagram Insights.
Strong ability to interpret social media data
and translate insights into strategy.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with creative and marketing teams.
A passion for social media trends
-you're always one step ahead of what's trending.
Beauty industry experience is a plus!
