Associate Social Media Manager

About the Role

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a social media associate for the west elm brand. This role will work closely and collaboratively across several functional areas to assist in the development of strategies for organic social media, paid social media and influencer marketing, as well as analyzing data and reporting out for these areas. The ideal candidate will be comfortable pulling data, analyzing it, and speaking to it verbally and in written communication, and is comfortable maintaining on-going communications with influencers and social partners.

Responsibilities



  • Assist in pulling data from various sources, aggregating and analyzing the data to contribute to weekly, monthly, seasonal, quarterly and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Curate lists of influencers that strategically align with our brand and campaigns.
  • Manage influencer relationships including outreach, asset delivery, sample orders, contracts, and payment.
  • Collaborate with the Content Team to ensure creative execution of channel strategies for organic social and influencer marketing.
  • Create monthly industry, competitive and trend reporting on social content and influencer partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to help brief in paid social assets, and upload completed assets to the Meta Creative Hub.
  • Assist in the development of seasonal campaign strategies that maximize brand awareness and revenue across organic social, influencer, and paid social.


Criteria



  • 2-4 years professional experience in social media, data analysis and/or influencer marketing.
  • Experience with various social media and influencer tools/analytics platforms (Curalate, ListenFirst, Iconosquare, Adobe Analytics, DOMO, Impact Radius).
  • Experience in Meta Creative Hub and Ads Manager.
  • Ability to prioritize and follow through with strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills; ability to thrive in a cross-functional, team-based environment
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Knowledge of social platform metrics for Instagram, Pinterest, Substack, YouTube, TikTok and Facebook.
  • This role requires being onsite in the Brooklyn, NY office Monday through Thursday and Friday as optional in the office

The expected starting pay range for this position is $68,300.00 - $80,250.00 annually.. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
