DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As an Administrative Assistant 1, you will be tasked with conducting in depth research, providing excellent customer service, and filing corporate and charities filings, ensuring that the information is accurate and in compliance with the pertinent sections of the law. You will have the opportunity to lead and facilitate the Corporation Bureau Advisory Committee (CBAC) annual meeting, ensuring members have been renewed, oaths have been received in advance of the meeting, coordinating the meeting transcripts, and preparing the agenda for all presenters. Work involves scheduling all outside meetings for the bureau as well as handling travel arrangements and processing timekeeping. Additional responsibilities include:
- Evaluating and processing applications
- Analyzing data and making recommendations on internal operations
- Preparing legislative reports
- Handling inquiries from the public
- Processing purchase requests

- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 2 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four year college or university or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
