Summary: This role has the option for hybrid (3 days on site and 2 days remote) or on-site 100%. Responsibilities: 1. Serves as primary assistant to a combination of Associate Vice President, Vice President, and/or Chief Officer. 2. Manages multiple tasks with competing deadlines. Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures. 3. Communicates, follows up and acts as a liaison regarding project and report data due to Vice President. Ensures agenda, power point and documents for discussion are distributed in advance to meeting attendees. 4. Screens telephone calls, visitors and appointments. Provides information or refers appropriately. Opens, reads and screens mail addressed to Executive. Responds to routine correspondence as instructed. 5. Schedules calendar commitments for executives. Arranges meetings, conferences and travel logistics for executives. Schedules for high-level executives.
