Reaching out and screening applicants daily to set up interviews
• Works closely with other departments to coordinate trainings and schedules for all new hires
• Coordinate with the Human Resources department to ensure all new hire onboarding paperwork is submitted prior to start date
• Responsible for updating all hiring platforms to ensure job posts are accurate and active
• Will attend career fairs, in-person or virtual, as needed

• Availability Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of ABA is a plus
• Valid driver's license and a reliable form of insured transportation
• Must have personal and reliable transportation
• Must have a clear background check
• Must possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills
• Minimum of 6 months experience in recruitment and customer service
• Bilingual/Multilingual is a PLUS
