As a Bartender, you wield the power to create a memorable experience for our guests by expertly crafting cocktails and serving delicious food with warmth and enthusiasm. Essential Job Functions: * Provide our guests with exceptional service through genuine engagement and thoughtful attentiveness * Prepare beverage orders, generate checks, and handle payments efficiently for each guest * Maintain daily organization of the bar, ensuring all products are stocked and readily accessible * Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages * Reduce spoilage and waste through efficient productivity methods * Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all refrigeration, storage, and work areas Hotel Specific: The DoubleTree Hotel believes top tier Team Members deserve some recognition!
