- Test Data Management experience - looking for someone that has technical experience and has supported data and/or QE initiatives. o QE Automation o Test Data Management - moving test data from one environment to another o Managing test data across environments - Expertise in Jira - Strong communication - they will be interfacing with executives regularly and must be able to provide status reporting to different levels. - Program Management Skills: o RAIDs o Status Reporting o Escalations *Job Description **Overview: This Technical Program Manager will be aligned to Quality Engineering, bringing expertise in test data management. With all the upcoming Merger and Acquisition activity, they have to test all the data coming in and move it from one environment to another.* - This person will be align to 1 QE team, but will be responsible for coordinating with different teams across the organization. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a role in: - Coordination and Planning: TPMs coordinate between different teams (development, QA, operations) to ensure that test data requirements are clearly defined and met. They plan the movement of test data across environments to align with project timelines and milestones. - Data Governance: They ensure that test data management practices comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. This includes overseeing data masking, anonymization, and encryption to protect sensitive information. - Automation and Tools: TPMs often lead the implementation of tools and automation processes for test data management. This helps streamline data provisioning, reduce manual effort, and improve efficiency. - Environment Management: They oversee the setup and maintenance of testing environments, ensuring that the necessary data is available and consistent across all environments. This includes managing data refreshes and synchronizations. - Risk Management: TPMs identify and mitigate risks associated with test data, such as data breaches or inconsistencies. They develop strategies to address these risks and ensure data integrity. - Stakeholder Communication: They act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, providing updates on test data management activities, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Continuous Improvement: TPMs continuously evaluate and improve test data management processes, incorporating feedback and lessons learned to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $68.00 - $70.00/hr.
